1. Reserve Your Date


Let's make it official!


Once you're ready to book, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date.

2. Need to reschedule?


Life happens.


One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 5 days notice. A new date must be selected at the time of rescheduling. Sessions not rescheduled at that time will be considered cancelled.

Studio rental fees, are non-refundable once reserved.

3. Cancellations


Protecting both investment & time.


Retainers are non-refundable and secure the time, planning, and preparation dedicated to your session. Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Future bookings require a new retainer and agreement.

What should I wear?



I encourage timeless, comfortable pieces that allow you to move freely and feel confident. Soft neutrals, earth tones, muted colors, and textures tend to photograph beautifully and almost add to the storytelling aspect of my approach. I always recommend selecting outfits that feel natural rather than trendy. Most importantly, choose clothing that reflects who you are in this season of your life.

 

Will you help with posing?


Absolutely! My approach is more about natural connection and less about stiff poses. I'll guide you with prompts, movement, and gentle direction that allow genuine moments to unfold naturally. Rather than focusing on perfectly posed images, the goal is to create an experience where you can be present, and enjoy the people you're with while I document the moments that matter most.

 

When will I receive my gallery?


I know how exciting it is to relive your memories. They deserve intentional care! Your gallery is being thoughtfully curated. This is why I strive to deliver a handful of sneak peeks within 3-5 days of your session. Full portrait galleries are typically delivered within 7-12 days through a private online gallery for downloading and sharing. 


Wedding and event gallery delivery timelines vary based on coverage and will be discussed during booking process.

What happens if it rains?


Not every rainy forecast means a session needs to be postponed.


While we'll reschedule if weather conditions are unsafe or would negatively impact your experience. I'm also open to leaning into the moment. Rainy sessions can create some of the most romantic and playful images.

I'll monitor the forecast and communicate with you leading up to your session. We can then decide whether to reschedule or embrace the weather.
